Hello, and thank you for checking out my web page. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Oklahoma. Currently I am private practice Edmond, Oklahoma offering therapy and licensure supervision. I also am part of a virtual team called Radical Wellness where I work in collaboration with other professionals as a coach. Families...the first place we learn to navigate relationships. When one person in the family is struggling, the whole family is effected. No one person is an island. When kids are struggling, families benefit from providing support to parents, siblings as well. Family work is an important and valuable part of the work.
It can be intimidating to make the first step needed to make tomorrow stronger and better than today. Before I can effect change in any situation, I need to start with me. This relationship I value and am thankful to be trusted to walk the healing journey with you.
Our most trusted relationships are our most vulnerable ones. Dancing with our significant partner can be hurtful at times. Coming together we will learn how to increase effective, kind and honest communication as well as how to authentically connect.
